When you request service we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), service address, a description of the problem, and any photos you choose to send. If you text us, we also keep the messages and photos you send.
We use this information only to contact you, schedule and perform your repair, send estimates, invoices and receipts, and answer your questions. If you agree to text messages, we use your phone number to text you about your service request: scheduling, arrival times, repair and parts updates, and requests for photos.
We send text messages only to people who have asked for service or contacted us, and only about their service. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only as needed to do the work and run the business: for example the manufacturer or warranty company that authorized your repair, our text message provider, and our hosting and payment providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also share it if the law requires.
We store your information in access-controlled systems and keep it as long as needed for your service, our records and tax purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop texts, at any time by replying STOP or calling 706-969-6269.
